Airport Pick-Up (ARRIVAL):

Don't worry if your flight is delayed or arrived early. We will monitor your flight closely and arrange accordingly.

Pick-Up Time is based on Actual Time of Arrival (ATA) + Buffer Time.
Airport Drop-Off (DEPARTURE) and other type of pickup:

For pickup except for the airport, driver will be on standby at least 15 minutes from pickup time.

Driver will only move to lobby area at least 5 minutes from pickup time or once received confirmation from the traveler.
Complimentary Waiting Time:

Complimentary 60-minutes waiting for pick-up from airport Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KUL) terminal 1 and 2.

Complimentary 20-minutes waiting for pick-up from other location.

To be fair to the driver, you can extend the waiting time with extra charges.

We reserve the right to cancel the trip if we unable to contact the traveler after at least 15 minutes after complimentary waiting time.

NO refund is applicable if the traveler is no-show.
Airport Transfer Booking Extra Waiting Charge:

RM30-RM100 for every 30 minutes extra depending the type of vehicle.
Cancellation or Reschedule Booking:

Free Cancellation/Reschedule – NO PENALTY, Applicable only for pay on arrival type of payment submitted up to 24 hours before the flight.

NO REFUND for cancellation less than 24 hour before the booking pick up time.

NO RESCHEDULE and NO REFUND for less than 12 hour before the booking pick up time.

All refunds subject to approval.
Additional Baggage/Luggage:

When you book with us, we provide a generous baggage allowance for each type of vehicle. However, if your baggage exceeds the free allowance, we cannot be held responsible for any issues related to items that do not fit or cannot be accommodated.

When you book with us, each vehicle comes with a designated maximum load allowance. It is the passenger's responsibility to ensure that this allowance is not exceeded. We cannot accept liability for any issues that may result from overloading or the inability to fit items in the vehicle.
Baggage Policy:

The standard size for calculating luggage is based on a 26-28 inches.

Any large suitcase exceeding 30 inches will be counted as 2 pieces of luggage.

One(1) pieces of Standard Size equal to Two(2) smaller size (20″- 22″) luggage.

Important Reminders:

Infants and children will be counted as one passenger, and travelers are not permitted to bring luggage that exceeds the vehicle's capacity limit due to space constraints. If the driver is unable to accommodate excess baggage, the passenger may be denied service, and any resulting consequences will be the responsibility of the passenger.
Additional Traveler/Passenger:

Driver have the right of NOT to pick up if the traveler/passenger is exceeded the number of each vehicle allowed.

All-Inclusive Price:

Our airport transfer service operates on a fixed-price basis. The price includes tolls, parking fees, and any other charges that may be incurred during your journey. As long as you don’t change your pickup or drop-off location or time, you won’t have to pay any additional fees.

Airport transfer and pickup/dropoff rates are subject to market adjustments, and actual prices may vary depending on factors such as booking time, usage time, and vendor. The price quoted at the time of booking is only valid for the current reservation. To enjoy the quoted price, we recommend that you book and pay as early as possible after obtaining your price quote.
Late Arrival/Punctuality Guarantee:

If our driver does not arrive on time, you may contact us through whatsapp at +601117017519. We will coordinate with you immediately to resolve the issue. If the driver cannot provide service on time, we will compensate you at a rate of RM1 per minute of waiting time, up to a maximum of RM60 (in the form of coupons/credit).

If we are ultimately unable to provide service, we will provide a one-to-one refund service with additional compensation of 50% of the booking amount.
Confirmation Guarantee:

If our site confirms the order but then cancels it, causing you to be unable to travel, we will provide you with a full refund.
Replacement:

In the event of vehicle replacement due to operational or other reasons, we shall arrange a vehicle of same model/category or and upgraded model/category.
