How does airport pickup work, and what if my flight is delayed?

For airport arrivals, we monitor your flight and base pickup timing on the Actual Time of Arrival, not the scheduled time — so a delayed or early flight is already accounted for.

We include complimentary waiting time: 60 minutes for pickups from Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KUL) Terminal 1 and 2, and 20 minutes for all other locations. Waiting time beyond that can be extended for an extra charge.

For pickups outside the airport, your driver will be on standby from 15 minutes before your pickup time, and will head to the lobby/meeting point around 5 minutes before, or as soon as you confirm you're ready.
