When will I receive my driver and vehicle details?

Once your booking is confirmed, we'll send your driver's name and contact number along with the vehicle details at least 24 hours (or one day) before your pickup date.

You can always check your booking's current status any time from the Manage Booking page using your Booking Number and email.
