How much luggage and how many passengers can I bring?

Every vehicle tier has a maximum passenger count and a hand + checked luggage allowance, shown when you pick your vehicle during booking. Infants and children each count as one passenger.

Standard luggage is calculated on a 26–28 inch suitcase; anything over 30 inches counts as 2 pieces, and one standard-size bag equals two smaller (20–22 inch) bags.

If your group or luggage exceeds what a vehicle can safely carry, our driver may not be able to accommodate the excess for safety and space reasons — please choose a larger tier or contact us in advance if you're unsure.
