How do I check my booking status or manage an existing trip?

Head to the Manage Booking page and enter your Booking Number (from your confirmation email) together with the email address you booked with.

You can instantly check your booking's status, vehicle, dates and total. To do more — view live trip tracking, your full itinerary, or cancel where eligible — request a manage link and we'll email you a secure link to your personal trip page.

We never show full booking details to anyone who doesn't know both your Booking Number and the exact email it was booked under.
