How long do refunds take, and how are they issued?

Refunds, once approved, are issued back to the original payment method used at checkout and are typically processed within 7 business days.

All refunds are subject to review against our Refund Policy and Terms & Conditions — for example, cancellations made very close to pickup time may not be eligible for a refund.
